Eloise Brumbaugh Kandel
Founder and Administrator of AAA Referral & Home Health, Corp.
Eloise grew up in Homestead, Florida, and moved to Lake County, where she owned and managed an Assisted Living Facility for many years. In 1980, after realizing the increasing need for quality home health care in her community, Eloise started AAA Referral & Home Health, Corp. She has remained dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable, affordable home health care for the past 40+ years.
Kathy Wishork
RN, Director of Nursing
Kathy is the Director of Nursing at AAA Referral & Home Health, Corp. She has over 30 years of experience in many areas of nursing. She brings a vast array of knowledge to our agency and our patients. She graduated from Tavares High School knowing she wanted to begin a career in the medical field. She continued her education at Lake Tech, graduating as an LPN. Kathy worked for a local OB-GYN while continuing her education in the RN Program at Lake Sumter. She helped her mother, Eloise, expand the family-owned home health agency that continues to serve residents of Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties.
